Registration Process

Registration has a few steps:

First, complete the registration form below, including paying the registration fee.
We then initiate any required background checks, coordinating with you as needed.
Within a few days, we will initiate a Welcome and Logistics call to make sure you are prepared to get the most out of the weekend.

Terms and Conditions

Please review the following carefully for yourself and with your son:

1. Boys To Men USA are not mental health professionals. We are a youth mentoring organization. If you have a serious health concern, please seek professional support.

2. GROUND TRANSPORTATION outside of supported hours is participant's responsibility. There is very limited parking, so transportation is limited to the provided vans, carpools with staff, or Uber/Lyft if necessary.

3. NO SUBSTANCES - No alcohol or illegal drugs permitted.

4. NO EXPLOSIVES - No fireworks or explosives permitted.

5. NO GAMING - No gaming electronics permitted.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY - The participant agrees to keep the stories and experiences of everyone in the workshop confidential.

7. BE KIND - The participant agrees to be kind.

8. BE COACHABLE - The participant agrees to be coachable.

9. BE CONSTRUCTIVE - The participant agrees to constructive in their participation.

10. FULL PARTICIPATION - The participant agrees to fully participate in the session. The weekend is an immersive experience; there is no space for interruptions. Participant agrees to be fully present to the weekend activities and to remove or handle anything that might be distracting to themselves or other participants during the weekend.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - Participant agrees not to record, republish, distribute, or sell the contents of this workshop without express written consent of Boys To Men USA.

12. DRESS CODE - The participant agrees to dress in attire appropriate for an inclusive youth mentoring environment. You may be asked to remove or replace any distracting, objectionable, or controversial attire items. Please do not wear prominently branded clothing items, except for any Boys To Men Mentoring related items.

13. MEDIA RELEASE - The participant agrees to be photographed and/or video and audio recorded as part of this event. Such media will be used to develop the weekend and training materials for later versions, including for use as part of the Boys To Men University online mentor training portal. Boys To Men USA reserves the right to use any recorded media in part or in full as part of later training programs or for Boys To Men Mentoring and Boys To Men USA marketing purposes. All images and audio/video recordings will be treated confidentially and with discretion and sensitivity to privacy concerns.

14. CONSENT FOR BACKGROUND CHECK - To assure the safety of all event participants, Boys To Men USA requires that all participants 18 years of age or older consent to a background check via Sterling Volunteers. Once this registration form is completed and submitted, we will initiate the background check.

Consent for Background Check

I hereby consent to the required background check as per the Boys To Men USA Safety Policy.

To assure the safety of all event participants, Boys To Men USA requires that all participants 18 years of age or older (both fathers and sons) consent to a background check via Sterling Volunteers. Once this registration form is completed and submitted, we will contact you for further information on how to complete the background check. NOTE: The background check must be initiated by Boys To Men USA.
