The Weekend Includes
- Three nights rustic accommodations at Legacy Ranch;
- All meals from Thursday evening through mid-day Sunday;
- Limited round-trip ground transportation to and from San Diego International Airport (SAN).
- Pre- and post-weekend Zoom support:
- BTM orientation and integration circles for sons
- Optional Zoom support for fathers.
- NOTE: Does NOT include airfare for those not local to San Diego.

Before the pandemic, BTM USA operated 32 centers. Today we have 13. Boys To Men University is the infrastructure that rebuilds and sustains the network—ensuring that what works in San Diego, Virginia, and Hawaii can take root anywhere boys need it.

Why Attend A Boys To Men Adventure Weekend?
We asked four Boys To Men Journeyman why they came, what they learned, and what they want everyone to know about Boys To Men Mentoring.
After months—and often years—of participating in our weekly mentoring circles, these young men have courageously shared their struggles, limiting beliefs, past traumas, and life challenges. Through the support of their peers and mentors, they have begun making new choices and taking meaningful steps toward creating positive change in their lives.
The young men you are about to meet were then invited to participate in a Boys To Men Adventure Weekend (formerly known as a “ROPAW” or Rite Of Passage Adventure Weekend)—a powerful, immersive experience designed to challenge, inspire, and transform.
