Registration Form

1. Confidentiality - The participant agrees to keep the stories and experiences of everyone in the workshop confidential.

2. Be kind - The participant agrees to be kind.

3. Be coachable - The participant agrees to be coachable.

4. Be constructive - The participant agrees to constructive in their participation.

5. Full participation - The participant agrees to fully participate in the session. Participant agrees to remove anything from their environment that might be distracting to themselves or other participants during the session.

6. Dress code - The participant agrees to dress in business casual attire appropriate for a youth mentoring environment. Any objectionable or distracting attire may be cause for removal from the Zoom meeting.

7. No virtual backgrounds/logos - This is a Boys To Men USA branded event. Participant agrees not to use virtual backgrounds or logos for their centers or other organizations.

8. The participant agrees not to record, republish, distribute, or sell the contents of this workshop without express written consent of Boys To Men USA.

9. The participant agrees to be video and audio recorded as part of this workshop. The recording will be used to further develop the workshop for later versions. If the recording is sufficiently useful to Boys To Men mentors, Boys To Men USA reserves the right to use the recordings in part or in full as part of later training programs.
